Directions

• From London on the A2

1. Follow the A2 towards Kent and the M25.
2. Leave the A2 at the Black Prince Interchange (sign-posted for Bexley).
3. Take the third exit at the roundabout to cross the flyover.
4. Take the first exit from the next roundabout.
5. After 1/4 mile, turn left at the mini-roundabout outside the George public house.
6. Follow the road for about 1/4 mile until you come to another mini-roundabout where you need to turn left (into Vicarage Road).
7. After 100 yards take the first turning on the right.
8. Follow this road as far as you can. Mount Mascal Stables are at the far end of the lane.

• From the M25

1. Follow the A2 towards London.
2. Leave the A2 at the first junction, (Dartford Heath interchange) sign-posted for Bexley, Footscray and Orpington.
3. Take the first exit from the large roundabout heading towards Bexley Village.
4. After 20 yards, take the second exit from the mini roundabout.
5. Follow this road for 1 mile and the take the turning on the left (just before the Old Wick pub.)
6. Follow this road as far as you can. Mount Mascal Stables are at the far end of the lane.

• From Kent on the M20

1. Continue on the M20 past the M25 towards London until it becomes the A20.
2. Leave the A20 at the first exit after the M25.
3. Take the fourth exit from the roundabout to come back on yourself along the A223 towards Swanley
4. At the roundabout take the second exit (A223 - North Cray Road) towards Bexley Village.
5. Follow the road for 1 and 3/4 miles until it narrows to one lane. After a further 1/4 mile you come to a mini-roundabout (by the Coach and Horses P.H. on the right) where you need to turn right into Vicarage Road.
6. After 100 yards take the first turning on the right.
7. Follow this road as far as you can. Mount Mascal Stables are at the far end of the lane.

• From London on the A20

1. Leave the A20 at Crittall's Corner for A223.
2. Take the second exit from the roundabout heading towards Swanley on the A223.
3. At the roundabout take the second exit (A223 - North Cray Road) towards Bexley Village.
4. Follow the road for 1 and 3/4 miles until it narrows to one lane. After a further 1/4 mile you come to a mini-roundabout (by the Coach and Horses P.H. on the right) where you need to turn right into Vicarage Road.

• From Bexley Station

1. Turn right at the bottom of the Station approach, into Bexley High St.
2. Follow the High St, bearing right at the mini roundabout.
3. Pass under the rail bridge and past the church to the junction of Vicarage Rd.
4. Turn left into Vicarage Rd. .
5. On Vicarage Rd, Stable Lane is the first road on the right just past the Old Wick PH
6. Follow this Private Road as far as you can. Mount Mascal Stables are at the far end of the lane.
7. The walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.
8. Alternatively mini-cabs are available at the station.
